Since 2006, we have served 55-65 at-risk, select students annually, aged 8-22. Our rigorous academic support system and health program builds strong, confident students who are successful on the court, in the classroom, and in life.

DGA is a free, year-round program serving 65 select students, ages 8-22, since 2006. Our mission is: To improve the lives of promising, selected students in Danbury emphasizing education, character, tennis, and health. We encourage each student to develop tools for making educated choices in our 4 prongs of: education, character, tennis, and health. We provide our students with a disciplined and nurturing environment for mentoring, promoting healthy lifestyles, and building self-esteem. Our program operates in our 3 contiguous office spaces on Main Street and on Danbury’s public tennis courts at Rogers Park.
